DEAS Group is the leading provider of real estate consultancy services in the Nordics. DEAS Asset Management is part of the DEAS Group and operates across the Nordic countries with eight offices and more than 100 experts. In Finland, DEAS Asset Management serves its clients in real estate fund and asset management.
The collaboration between Devikone and DEAS Asset Management Finland Oy began in autumn 2021. DEAS introduced a new purchase invoice system for some of its clients, and Devikone's task was to transfer archived invoice data from the old systems to the new one.
The data was converted into the modern Finvoice format and enriched to support future operations. Along with the invoice data, account coding details, images, attachments, and processing history were transferred all at once.
Ari Salonen from Devikone handled the transfer, enrichment, and conversion work and praised the collaboration with DEAS as smooth and easy. “Devikone specializes in integrations. Data transfer and processing are our core expertise. With the modern open-source technologies we use, this type of work is cost-effective and straightforward. Communication with the client was excellent, which made the implementation a pleasant experience,” Salonen commented.
From DEAS, Business Controller Saana Kaltio and Head of Asset Management Johanna Saarivuo were involved in the transfer project.
