DigiFinland Ltd is currently building a new integration platform and a comprehensive integration service to support the rapidly growing information management needs of the welfare regions. In the future, welfare regions must meet fairly strict requirements for cost-effective information management and integration services. DigiFinland aims to support welfare regions by providing a shared platform, technologies, and its own expert partnership, enabling high-quality integrations between different systems and compliance with stringent requirements.

Devikone has participated in the project by implementing a platform consulting project for DigiFinland together with Red Hat. In this project, platform technology was deployed, and it was ensured that the integration platform’s design would deliver optimal performance and effectively meet DigiFinland’s service needs. The key idea behind the platform consulting is not only to define the platform but also to train DigiFinland’s own experts in its use, ensuring that expertise is effectively transferred into internal knowledge capital. The platform consulting is handled by a Nordic team, for which Devikone has held the ultimate responsibility as DigiFinland’s contractual partner throughout the project management.
