Founded in 2021
Founders Ari Salonen, Tuomas Palenius, and Jussi Alare
Company Background
Devikone is a highly specialized company focused on integrations. Founders Ari and Tuomas have spent nearly their entire careers in integration projects, dedicating over a decade exclusively to integration business. Their collaboration began at Integration House Oy, where both served as shareholders. Between 2013 and 2017, Integration House specialized in integration projects for large and medium-sized businesses, with Open Source solutions forming a robust foundation.
In 2017, Ari and Tuomas joined Digia through an acquisition. There, Ari took charge of establishing and rapidly expanding an Open Source integration team, alongside coding and architectural responsibilities. Tuomas served as Architect and Chief Architect for demanding Open Source integration projects and also took on the role of Tech Lead.
By 2021, the entrepreneurial spirit became irresistible, leading to the founding of Devikone Oy on April 1, 2021. Jussi Alare, with extensive experience in software sales, deep understanding of various industry needs, and expertise in sales leadership, was integral from the early planning stages and joined Devikone's board in May 2021.
